Shipping & Handling

Shipping Costs

Within Germany, we ship exclusively with our logistics partner DPD, at a cost of 4.90 EUR per order. Shipping is free for orders over 40.00 EUR. For returns, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for shipping. We do not ship to parcel locker terminals.

If we made an error in your shipment, we will reimburse the shipping costs for the exchange of the item(s). Please request the return shipping label from support@fritziauspreussen.de.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Estimated delivery time is between 2 and 5 business days after your order has been placed.

What if I am not there to receive my delivery?

In the case that the receiver is not present at the time of delivery, DPD will leave a note regarding the status and location of the package (a predetermined desired location, at a neighbour’s, or ready for pickup at a DPD PaketShop) and the next steps to be taken so that you can quickly and easily receive your shipment. If the package is kept in the custody of DPD, you will have the opportunity to reroute the package to a location convenient to you. As a rule, DPD will make no more than three delivery attempts.

How can I track my order?

To check the status and location of your shipment, please use the tracking number provided by our logistics partner, DPD. You will receive an email from DPD containing the tracking number once your package has been picked up from us.

What should I do if I don’t receive my order?

You will receive an email once your package leaves our storage facilities. If your package has not arrived within 7 business days, please contact our service team.

What countries does Fritzi aus Preußen ship to?

Currently we only ship to locations within Germany.
